Brigadier Ali Khan who was Arrested in the month of may for having links with Banned Militant outfit Hizbut Tahrir.Now he has opt to be tried out by Court Martial. He has to Retire on 9th of this July but now due to this case he is under Investigation. According to Army Officials his case is under Investigation and he is also allowed to have his own lawyer to protect himself. On the other hand Hizbut tahrir also has said that their struggle will remain continue whatever they want they can do.
